The County of Elgin is set to start the Phillmore Bridge deck replacement project on Monday, July 10, 2023.

The Phillmore Bridge is located on Richmond Road south of the Hamlet of Richmond. The bridge and parts of Richmond Road around the bridge will be closed for approximately 11 weeks with project completion anticipated by Friday, September 22, 2023. Detour routes will be set up.
