Bayham has historically conducted its elections using traditional paper ballots. The next election will be in October of 2026.
In the Municipality of Bayham elections are conducted for the offices of:
- Mayor
- Deputy Mayor
- Ward One Councillor
- Ward Two Councillor
- Ward Three Councillor
- Thames Valley District School Board – English Public
- London District Catholic School Board English – Separate
- Conseil Scolaire Viamonde – French Public
- Conseil Scolaire de district Catholique – French Separate
