If you are not on the list, please print and complete Form EL15 - Application to Amend the Voters' List and bring it to the Municipal Office. Forms are available from the Municipal Office directly during regular business hours if you are unable to print the form yourself.  Proof of identity and residence as prescribed by O. Reg. 304/13 will be required.
