Starting Tuesday, September 8, 2026, The County of Elgin will be undertaking rehabilitation work on the Eden Line Bridge. Elgin County will be sending a notice to all residents along Eden Line in the coming days.

The Municipality of Bayham, in partnership with the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA), will be conducting fall hydrant flushing from October 26^th to November 13^th. This work includes flushing all municipal hydrants as part of a regular maintenance program to maintain water quality and ensure the proper operation of the water distribution system.

During this time, residents may experience temporary discolored water and/or reduced water pressure. If discoloration occurs, residents are advised to run cold water taps until the water clears and to avoid doing laundry until water clarity is restored.
