Services for Lawyers
The Municipality of Bayham provides the following services upon written request and a $75 fee:
- Tax Certificate
- Zoning Certificate
- Building Work Order
- Drainage Work Order
- By-law/Fire Services Order
Notes
- No service will be provided until full payment is received
- Under no circumstances will verbal information be provided
- Tax Certificates are processed within 10 business days and all others are processed within 15 business days
- If applicable, a $35 NSF payment fee will be charged
