Traffic and Parking in Bayham is governed by Bylaw # 2025-013 and is available here for viewing.
Most common by-law infractions:
- Park on Boulevard
- Park on street longer than 24 hr
- Park on street between 2 am & 6 am from Nov 1 to Mar 31
- Park in designated parking space without accessible permit
- Stop on highway except right-hand side of two-way road
- Park in municipal lot where no parking sign erected
- Park exceeding 2 hr where sign erected
