Services for Lawyers

The Municipality of Bayham provides the following services upon written request and a $75 fee: 

• Tax Certificate 
• Zoning Certificate
• Building Work Order
• Drainage Work Order
• By-law/Fire Services Order

Notes

• No service will be provided until full payment is received
• Under no circumstances will verbal information be provided
• Tax Certificates are processed within 10 business days and all others are processed within 15 business days 
• If applicable, a $35 NSF payment fee will be charged
